"I Can Be a Missionary" Bible Verse Review Spinner Game
1. Before class, print out the spinner game onto card stock, cut it out, and glue it onto a box.

2. Use a large paper clip for the spinner and a large thumbtack (the plastic type) to secure it to the middle of the wheel.
3. Print out the Missionary boy pattern pieces onto card stock. Make enough copies so that you have one for each child. Cut them out.
How to Play:
1. Have your children sit in a circle. Place all the missionary boy parts on the floor in the middle of the circle.
2. Have your children take turns spinning the spinner. Players pick up a piece matching the piece that the spinner landed on. If a player already has that piece, the player loses his turn. If a player lands on “Lose a turn,” he doesn’t get to pick up a piece on that turn. If he lands on “Say the Bible verse,” he should say the verse by memory if possible. If he can’t remember the verse, have the other children help him.
3. When you are done playing, give each child a set so they can make a missionary. Help them tape them together and then have them color them.
"I Can Be a Missionary" Bible Lesson Visual
This lesson can be taught using the missionary body part patterns or coloring sheets. If you have older children, have them write descriptions on the missionary sheets. If you have younger children, use the body parts and put the missionary together with brass brads as you talk about each body part and how it is used to help others..

Learn About Missionaries that Your Church Sponsors
Ask your children to bring in money to help missionaries. They may want to earn extra money that week. Decorate boxes or can that your children can use to save their money for missionaries.
Operation Christmas Child
Children can get involved in missions through Operation Christmas Child. Children buy gifts for a child their age, pray for that child, and pack them in a shoe box. The gifts are sent to children around the world. A book with Bible stories written in each child’s language is included with the gift.
Make a Bread Basket
Make bread and a napkin craft and share them with a neighbor.
What you will need:
White Paper Towels or White Material or Cotton Craft Napkins
Bread Baskets (Buy them at your local dollar store or second-hand store.)
Markers – If you are using fabric, use Fabric Markers, Highlighter Markers work great on paper towels or material.
White Card Stock

How to Make the Napkins:
1. Before class, print out the biscuit recipe cards and cut them apart.

2. In class, have your children decorate paper towels, white napkins, or white pieces of material with fabric markers.
3. When they are finished, have them place their napkins in their baskets. You can also place a piece of plastic wrap over the napkin to protect any food from the ink.
4. Give each child a biscuit recipe card to place in their baskets.
5. If you can, make biscuits with your children. Serve them hot with butter and send some home in the baskets. If you can’t make biscuits, bring some to class, give some to your children to eat, and some to take home in their baskets.
Design Door Hangers
Have your children help design door hangers with an invitation to your church. Ask them to go with their parents and place them on doors in their neighborhoods.
Send Out Letters
Print out a list of the children who haven’t attended your class in a while. Have your children design cards for one of the children on the list. Help them address the envelope and place a stamp on it.
Food Pantry
If your church has a food pantry, ask if your children can add stickers and Bible verses to the cans of food. Print out Bible verses onto labels, buy Christian stickers, and have your children decorate the cans and boxes. As they work, explain how your church helps people who don’t have enough money to buy food but that it is also important for them to know that Jesus loves them. When we show them that we care about them by giving them food, we also show them that Jesus cares for them.
