How to make a glowing Candle Christmas Ornament for Sunday School of Children's Ministry

Light of the World Paper Candle Ornament

What you will need:

Yellow, Green, and Red Paper

Round Hole Punch

Glue

Scissors

Cooking Oil and Paint Brushes (Optional)

How to Make:

1. Print out the candle ornament pattern onto yellow paper and cut them out.

2. Print out the holly patterns and cut them out.

3. Use a hole punch to make red holly berries.

4. In class have your children color the candles and then glue on the holly leaves and berries.

5. Punch a hole at the top of the pattern so your children can hang up their ornaments.

6.  You can also have your children paint oil on the flames and then blot it dry with paper towels.  This will make the flames translucent and seem to glow when placed next to a light or placed on a window.
