Kangaroo iPod Pouch Craft for Kids
 This simple sewing project is great for children eight and older. The pouch can be used for iPods, business cards, or Bible verse cards. (Go to the Material Crafts Page for directions on how to make this craft.)

Kangaroo Planter Craft
 What you will need:
Jumbo craft sticks 7 7/8" x 1" (You can buy these from Oriental Trading Company. Type in IN-57/1007 in the search box on their web site to find this product.), tan fun foam, matching tan paint, googly eyes, glue, 9 oz. paper party cups, potting soil and small flowers.
What to do:
1. Print out the kangaroo pattern, and cut them patterns out. Use the patterns to cut the shapes from tan fun foam.
2. Cut about 1" off the bottom of the craft stick and then paint the craft stick and cup to match the fun foam shapes.
3. Glue the ears, nose, and eyes to the head shape, and then glue the head onto the rounded end of the craft stick. Glue the arms onto the stick below the head. Glue the stick to the inside of the cup as shown in the picture.
4. Glue the legs to the cup as shown in the picture.
5. Place a small flower in the cup and fill it with potting soil.
